Minneapolis Moline Diecast Toys

In 1929 three companies, Minneapolis Steel & Machinery, Minneapolis Threshing Machine and Moline Plow joined together to form Minneapolis-Moline.  The company was a large tractor manufacturer of tractors and they were pioneers in closed-cab tractors.  The first of the closed-cab tractors was the UDLX Comfortractor, which had a heater, electric starter and a dashboard with instruments.

With a relatively short history behind it, Minneapolis-Moline was purchased by White Motor Company in 1963, but the name continued in use until the last unit was made in 1974.

As a collector, a diecast Minneapolis-Moline tractor is a great addition to your collection of diecast tractors.
